Please note that returns are not accepted for bespoke artwork. This is a piece that his been made especially for you and cannot be refunded. When you order a Bespoke Piece, I will discuss your ideas with you thoroughly, and we will work together and ensure good communication so that I can bring sometimes to life that you truly love! Please do ensure that you also send your initial (and if there are many additions, final) ideas in a comprehensive list, rather than scattered throughout various messages. You can explore my Google Reviews for testimonials on my work.
For prints, these can be returned within 14 days, if they arrive damaged or are returned in pristine condition.
If damaged, please ensure that you email within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph and description of the damage. All prints are sent via a Signed For delivery service so that the date of receipt is tracked.
Delivery timescales for prints: unframed prints are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days, and framed prints can take up to approximately 2 weeks but are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days. More info on framing can be found below.

Who creates the artwork?

Where can I buy your art?
My art is currently ONLY available to buy via this website, or when I host a pop-up shop or appear at a fair or event. It’s important to me to represent myself and for my art to keep its identity.
What is the difference between a Bespoke Piece, Original Piece and Prints?
A Bespoke Piece is created especially for you, based on my original design as well as on requests that you may have for places that are special to you. Get in touch with me if you have any ideas and queries on this, I would love to hear from you.
An Original Piece is my own original hand-drawn artwork made of my own accord and then sold. Prints of these are sometimes available.
A Print is a print of my original, hand-drawn artwork, these are made on beautiful, textured eco-friendly paper with a luxury feel. These can be open edition or limited edition.
What are the timescales for bespoke pieces?
Bespoke pieces can take between 2-8 weeks to create and then be shipped to you, depending on your location and the delivery option you have chosen, as well as my backlog of orders for Bespoke Pieces. This could be up to approximately 12 weeks for bespoke artwork delivered to the USA or Australia.
Please contact me to discuss availability and timescales. If you have a required date for a gift, I will always do my very best to create this for you in good time for the occasion.
How is the paper used for your prints eco-friendly?

I want to make a special print of my Bespoke Piece for a family member or friend. Can you do this?
Yes; this is a service I provide - please contact for details.
Do you have international delivery?
Yes, there are international delivery options at checkout. You can choose between Standard Tracked , and Global Priority. Please contact me if you have any questions - I highly recommend the Global Priority option for the USA and Australia, especially for Bespoke Pieces and Originals, so that you are insured. If you have any queries regarding international deliveries, please get in touch.
What are your framing options?
I provide framing options for Prints, Original Pieces and Bespoke Pieces in black or brushed gold. Frames may vary very slightly depending on suppliers and availability, so if you’re purchasing a piece that will be displayed with another piece that you’ve previously purchased, then please go ahead and get in touch if you would like to ensure that the frames match exactly.
Framed prints CAN sometimes take up to approximately two weeks to be dispatched, but I’ll usually be able to dispatch these within 2-4 business days. If you need your order for a particular date, then let me know and I’ll make it happen!
What payment methods do you accept?
I use Stripe to process Credit and Debit card details, and PayPal.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please email izzy@inksystudio.co.uk strictly within 2 hours of purchase.

Please note that all artwork provided by Inksy Studio is original artwork designed and created by Izzy Winter and is strictly her intellectual property. This include Originals, Bespoke Pieces and Prints. These may strictly not be used for printing or resale, or for reference for another artist to use.
